User Profile

This livejournal, I have decided, will me mostly be introspection about the human body and all its amazement. It will help me to focus on what I want in the long run, and the reason I post it publicly instead of keeping it in my private thoughts with the other 5 handwritten journals I contain, is that I want to share it without a)forcing my opinions on anyone, and b)preaching to the choir. Also, I know that I have friends (female AND male) who struggle with appearances and I see that they actually have very little understanding of what real health truly is, and though I don't have the heart to say to their faces "you have no idea", the face of the matter is that they HAVE NO IDEA and hopefully this can lead them to greener pastures, no pun intended, as I have adamantly gone organic for the time being.
Also, 8 years ago this February, I sent myself spiraling into body hell, dieting oblivion, health obsession, and have been to all extremes of the spectrum, many of which will probably not be discussed until much later. So no, I am not a "certified expert", however I challenge you to find a nutritionist/doctor that has experienced all that I have.
